In the second section for the lure of the sea, three changes on PvP side and one change for both PvP and PvE have been come up with.
Instead of rewarding the Marks of Victory and Marks of Trade for PvP kills according to the level of the ship you sank, the rewarding mechanism depends on the insurance value of the ship.
Once requirements satisfied, all players above level 20 will receive two new skills:  Blockade Port, and Patrol Port which will cause or reduce unrest according to different situations.
As long as you participate in port battles, you are entitled to receive port battle titles.
Also, the chat restrictions have been removed.
